Ice cream stand

In 2021 D&S Produce decided that as a logical supplement to the income of the farm, that they open an ice cream stand. Not just a basic building, but one that would fit in with it’s agricultural surroundings. This is why a grain bin was used to house the new addition. The stand is a real grain bin, typically used for long term grain storage, that has been converted by cutting doors, windows and fully furnished to the needs of an ice cream stand. We offer ice cream, shakes, smoothies, and drinks to those who come. There are games and sandboxes for the kids, Adirondack chairs to relax, picnic tables and beautiful views of a real working farm. You might even see Farmer Scott working the fields in the distance while enjoying your treat. The hours for the ice cream stand vary by season so check our Facebook page for updates. (Click below)
